The room I stayed in was big, comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast menu was extensive and the food itself was very delicious. The hotel's location was very convenient, in the middle of the city, so getting around was very easy.

That it was a little difficult to find because the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, so it's easy to miss if you're not paying attention. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they didn't speak English very well, which made communication a little difficult.

The place is conveniently located near the city's offerings and some great restaurants like Restaurant Koniček which serves authentic Slovakian cuisine. the comfortable beds and clean bathroom are plus points. the owners are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

There was a slight issue with pricing, and some music noise at night which had to be addressed.
